Spice Up Your Office Fruit, Literally!

Now that we deliver additional fruits, here are ways to jazz up your apples, peaches, or bananas!


Try adding a chopped apple to 1 cup of plain greek yogurt.  Top with cinnamon and granola.







Add slices of banana to peanut or almond butter toast.  Sprinkle Chia Seeds, nutmeg and/or honey on top!







Peaches and cream!  Cool down this summer by trying ½ cup vanilla greek frozen yogurt topped with a sliced peach and a dash of cardamom.  

What's up with those spices?!
Cinnamon: Reduces inflammation, lowers blood sugar, alleviates nausea.
Nutmeg: Helps regulate GI tract.
Cardamom: Rich in many vital vitamins, including riboflavin, niacin, vitamin-C that is essential for optimum health.
